Program Handbook Acknowledgment

I acknowledge I have read The Future Curriculum's Program Handbook, including policies on arrival and dismissal, attendance, student expectations and behavior, health and allergies, and tuition and refunds. I understand that pickups more than 10 minutes after the end of class may incur a late pickup fee as set out in the handbook.
