For Health Enthusiasts

Many people start learning about nutrition as an adult, while taste and habits are formed in the early years of life. Childhood eating habits set a trajectory for lifelong physical and mental wellness. Early diets shape adult metabolic health, prevent chronic conditions, and directly impact cognitive and emotional development. We'll help your family build habits around well-being that last a lifetime.

For Athletes

Excelling at youth sports takes more than talent or hours of training. Being a great athlete requires understanding how the body uses nutrition as fuel — an understanding that informs day-to-day eating habits and food decisions made for training and competition.

For Science Enthusiasts

Nutrition Science is one of the most under-taught STEM subjects, despite being highly practical for everyday life. It may be touched on briefly in other subjects like home economics or cooking, but not in a way that's deep, current, and fun. This course can lay the foundation for science-motivated kids who go on to become biochemists or physicians focused on wellness and disease prevention.
